There are two road work projects happening in the next two weeks on the Elon University Campus that may impact your route.
The north bound lane of N. O’Kelly to be closed from the roundabout at the guard house to the construction entrance of the Inn at Elon beginning Thursday, June 27, 2019 and lasting approximately two weeks. There will be barricades in place. The south bound lane will remain open for south bound traffic.
The raised brick crosswalks on E. Haggard Ave between N. Williamson Ave and N. O’Kelly are in need of repair. There will be crews working on the crosswalks beginning Monday, July 1, 2019 until the work is complete. Traffic will be routed around the 10′ work areas being repaired. Please remain vigilant, follow the traffic patterns created, and drive slowly through the area.
