The Town of Elon Planning Department is in Phase One of the Haggard Avenue Corridor Study, which extends from Antioch Avenue to York Road. Additional phases will follow until the entire corridor has been studied. We need your help in understanding what the community would like to see along the corridor. Bike lanes, sidewalks, landscaping, and traffic calming are examples of desires we have heard. On Friday, October 9th, there will be another opportunity to hear a busker in Downtown Elon. Head downtown for dinner and shopping to the lively tunes of Love & Valor.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 17th for the annual Household Hazardous Waste event. The event will be held at the Holly Hill Mall from 8am until noon.
