The Town of Elon, North Carolina (“Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide weekly collection (52 collections annually) of solid waste from residential customers utilizing ninety-six (96) gallon roll-out containers and bi-weekly collection (26 collections annually) of residential recyclables utilizing sixty-five (96) gallon roll-out containers.
