Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan – Public Presentation

As part of the Town of Elon’s continued efforts to complete the Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan as required by The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the Town will be hosting a public meeting that will consist of a brief presentation followed by a session for public comment. The public presentation meeting will be held on August 2nd at 6:00pm at Town of Elon Town Hall located at 104 S. Williamson Avenue, Elon, NC.

Interested persons will be able to provide feedback on the development of policies and procedures. The public will also be given the opportunity to identify physical barriers at accessible public facilities including buildings, recreational fields, playgrounds, sidewalks, greenways, and other elements of public access.
