Magnolia Cemetery has reopened. Upon further investigation by our Public Works Team, in consultation with Duke Energy and AT&T, the lines have been deemed telecommunication lines and not power lines. Please avoid the areas where the lines are still on the ground. AT&T is anticipated to have repairs done by Monday evening.
