The Town of Elon (“the Town”) is soliciting qualifications for consulting services for the evaluation of all Town-owned buildings, parks, parking lots, streets, intersections, sidewalks, etc., in an effort to identify any needed changes to comply with the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations through the development of an ADA Transition Plan. The Town is committed to identifying and amending all Town of Elon facilities, programs, activities, and services to conform to ADA standards and regulations.
Sealed responses for the ADA Assessment and Transition Plan services (the “Project”) to be furnished to the Town of Elon, N.C. will be received by Pamela DeSoto, Assistant Town Manager, Municipal Building, 104 South Williamson Avenue, Elon, N.C., until Monday, March 9, 2020 by 5:00 PM, EST. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to secure the most qualified Consultant for the tasks of conducting field investigations necessary for a complete assessment and generating a comprehensive ADA Transition Plan.
