E Haggard Avenue will be closed from N Williamson Avenue to N O’Kelly Avenue on Tuesday, November 3 at 9pm through Thursday, November 5 at 7am. The closure is at the request of Elon University for their Pop Up Public Art Project.
The road closure will not interfere with the ability to get to the polling places located in the Town of Elon or its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
