As you are aware The Town of Elon purchases our water from The City of Burlington. They will be performing water quality maintenance beginning March 9th and continuing through May 11th.
This maintenance process switches our disinfectant from chloramines to chlorine. This procedure was performed in 2014, 2016, and 2018 with no issues reported. For additional information, please read this letter regarding the change.
