In observance of the 4th of July holiday, the Town’s administrative offices will be closed on Monday, July 5th and reopen on Tuesday, July 6th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911.
As a reminder, certain fireworks are illegal in North Carolina including but not limited to aerial shells, bottle rockets, and pinwheels. Additionally, the use of consumer fireworks may occur only between the hours of 10AM and 10PM except on July 4th when they are permitted until midnight. Please be respectful of your neighbors and let them know if you plan to have fireworks for your celebration. We wish all of you a safe and happy 4th of July.
