New Occupancy Tax Effective July 1st, 2024
The Town of Elon has recently implemented a 3% occupancy tax on the rental of accommodations, including hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and short-term rentals. This tax will become effective on July 1, 2024. Questions: Contact the Town Manger Rich Roedner at rroedner@elon.gov
