Welcome Message from the Mayor

From the first time I drove through Elon, I knew it was a special place. At the time, I had no idea that it would be my future home. Today, I can't imagine a better place to spend my life. While you're here, I hope that you feel the same sense of home that I did that first drive over the railroad tracks on Williamson Avenue.

Elon is home to incredible people, delicious eateries, unique shops, premier retirement communities and an internationally recognized university. Whether you're here to live, work, study, retire, play, or visit, I hope that you will enjoy your time here and smile when you think of Elon.
