Call for Trunks with Treats for the Halloween Happenings event: The Elon Police Department Trunk or Treats will be held from 5-7pm. We are looking for volunteers, businesses, and non-profits for this activity. Set up will be at 4:30pm. This year’s theme is Harry Potter but all creative kid-friendly ideas are welcome.
