Mr. Roedner has over 30 years of municipal experience and most recently served as the Town Manager for Topsham, ME. Mr. Roedner has a strong background in community development, planning, and code enforcement. Mr. Roedner holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor’s in Community Development from the University of New Hampshire. He is married to Dorrie, has two adult daughters, and three dogs.
