Robert Morgan will begin work as the Interim Town Manager on Friday, July 26, 2019. Mr. Morgan has over 37 years of experience in local government and has served in leadership roles in four municipalities in North Carolina. He served the City of Greensboro as their Deputy City Manager; was the Town Manager of Carrboro; Town Administrator of Farmville; and served in various leadership roles with the City of Durham. Mr. Morgan earned his MPA from N.C. State and holds a BA in Government from the Christopher Newport College of the College of William and Mary.
