With the delivery challenges with the mailed water bills, we want to encourage you to sign up for an e-statement. It is easy and free.

There are four steps to sign up:

1. Have your Registration ID on hand. This is located at the top of your paper water bill highlighted in yellow.
2. Visit https://townofelon.estmt.net.
3. Create an account using your Registration ID.
4. Follow the steps on the website to register for e-statements and to access your account online.

You can deactivate the service at anytime by logging onto the system and changing the settings. E-statements are an excellent alternative to a paper bill. It ensures you receive your bill on time, avoid late fees, and is more environmentally friendly. Sign up today to receive an e-statements.
